What is Metafit?

Metafit™ is designed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010. It is a 30 minute, non choreographed, body weight only training system that set the metabolism on fire. Metafit™ works! It is tough, but it is meant to be. As for Metapwr and Metapro, its the same principle different workout style! Metapwr comes with equipments and Metapro SAQ, Pro12 and ProPt. HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Allowing you to burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts. Therefore we named ourselves ”HIIT SQUAD” simply because we believe this workout program works, and if anyone out there who wants to get back in shape or get fitter and stronger by doing HIIT, and really wants to know whats true hiit really about, then come join us, HIIT SQUAD!
