Kids and Swimsafer program

Swimming is a vital life skill and a crucial part of our national curriculum through the SwimSafer™ Programme. Not only does it promote physical fitness, but it also improves mental well-being and cognitive function. As your child grows, the preschool years between 3 to 5 are the ideal time to introduce them to new activities and encourage independence. Learning to swim at this age can be especially beneficial as they are more inclined to follow instructions and take initiative. With the guidance of trained professionals, your child will gain valuable skills such as blowing bubbles, floating on their back and practicing the starfish float, all without the need for assistance. Give your child the gift of swimming, not only for their safety but also for their overall development.
