TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Swimming Fees can be made in the following methods :
• Login to student account and make payment via Paynnow or Paylah, NETS, Debit or Credit Card
2. The first month should be submitted together with the application form.
3. Term fee should be paid before the start of the new term first.
4. All slots are based on first come first serve basis.
5. Withdrawal from the class must be informed at least One Month in advance.
6. There will be no replacement lesson in the absence of the student.
7. Replacement lesson will be arranged in the absence of the instructor.
8. During poor weather conditions (example : drizzling ) lesson will continue until the lifeguard closes the pool.
9. However, we will continue with dry land exercise, video lesson or theory lesson unless of the pool have indoor pool.
10. There will be no lesson on the public holidays.
11. Test will be given for student who meets the requirements.
12. Pool admission charges are not inclusive in the fees.
13. Student will be asked to change class if deem necessary.
14. No transfer of fees to a third party is allowed.
15. Payments made are non-refundable.
16. We reserves the rights to send a relief instructor should your regular instructor be unavailable.
17. We reserved the right to make changes to the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
PRIVACY POLICIES
General
• SMILESWIMMERS is committed to protecting our members personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). In line with the
PDPA, by submitting this form, I hereby give my consent to SMILESWIMMERS to collect, use and disclose my personal data for the purposes of administering and
processing matters regarding my membership, event participation, receiving of information/updates and etc from SMILESWIMMERS.
• Should you wish to withdraw your consent for SMILESWIMMERS to contact you for the purposes stated above, please notify us in writing to
[email protected]. We will then remove your personal information from our database. Please allow 5 working days for your withdrawal of consent to take
effect.
Payment
• If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
(PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase
transaction information is deleted.
• All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Security
• To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused,
accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
• If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.
Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally
accepted industry standards.
